Of all fifty six calls to customer service reps, only one person gave him the correct answer to both questions. One thing we know for sure, that person is underpaid and overqualified. Fifty-two percent of all CSRs answered both of his questions incorrectly but still offered him a two year contract? He got 22 completely different responses many citing a lower rate by over 100%.
